After anchoring Menlo i Greyhounds to victory in the 4x800-meter relay in 9:23.94, Menlo CA junior Charlotte Tomkinson won the girls 800 in an indoor-best 2:13.54 at the Nike Boise Indoor at Ford Idaho Center in Nampa. Tomkinson returned a short time later to run the third leg on the 4x200 relay for Menlo i Greyhounds, who won their section and placed fifth overall in 1:49.01.
